REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Products purchased are non-returnable/refundable except for in the following scenarios:

  1. You received a damaged/defective product
  2. You received a product that does not comply with the specifications of your original order

In the event you received a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications of your original order, please inform us and we will make it right. Contact our customer service team on:

Upon receiving your communication, the store shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if the store is convinced of the genuine, we will replace the product or refund (subject to the store’s discretion). Replacement can be either for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product, subject to availability.

  1. Please notify the store of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Products shall be returned in unused condition
  3. You will be required to dispatch the product(s) using a courier, with tracking, within two (2) days from receipt of confirmation
  4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.
  5. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit
  6. The returned products are subject to verification by the store in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return

In the event, the return of a product is duly accepted by the store and unable to be replaced within the next 7 days, the value of such product, as originally paid by you (including shipping and taxes), will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and the store or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard.

Refunds will be subject to the following:

  1. Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then-current circumstances as determined by the store
  2. If the product can be repaired by the service center, the store would get the same repaired and send it back to you
  3. Return shipping charges are non-refundable
  4. Products purchased on discounts and/or offers through the use of a promo code or otherwise will be returned at the store’s discretion.
