Terms and Conditions
Shipping:
- Shipping option is currently available within Canada only.
- All products are shipped from Victoria, BC mostly by Canada Post Regular. Other carriers may be used depending on the circumstances.
- Products will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation
- Delay shall be expected for pre-orders and customization orders (the timeframe varies)
- Tracking will be available and provided to the customer as soon as a shipment is dispatched.
- Free shipping is provided on all orders above 200$ pre-tax value.
- $20 shipping fee is charged to orders worth 100$-199$ pre-tax value
- $15 shipping fee is charged to orders worth 1$-99$ pre-tax value
- We will not be able to cancel any order once it has been dispatched.

- If you are in Victoria, you may contact us in advance and pick up the items from the store. The payment can also be made in cash in that case.
Returns:
- If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange unused equipment, repair or provide you with a refund or store credit. Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items. The exchange item will be shipped back at our expense, if found genuine.
- You must contact the store regarding the items you wish to return prior to mailing the items back to the store. A confirmation number will be given to you for the return of the items.
- All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging, any free items must also be returned in order to avoid extra charges.
- Return requests are only accepted within 48 hours of receipt of goods by the customer
Payment:
- All major credit cards are accepted for payment
- You may also use your Paypal account to pay for the order.
- Is it also possible to pay by electronic transfer. Contact for more info.
- Payment in Cash is available for in-store pick-up.
- Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is available within the Greater Victoria Region, in which case there will be a 25$ non-refundable deposit charged prior to the delivery, of which 15$ (10$ will be charged against delivery) will be deducted from the final purchase. There will be no refund if the purchaser decides to deny the purchase on delivery.
- We do not store any of your credit card information.
- The only information we store will be used for shipping your items, such as name, address, phone number, email, etc.
