  3. Warranties are non-transferable nor cashable
  1. If you feel a product is defective, do not use the product and contact us for assistance and return.
  2. Cricket bats are made from natural wood.  Small amounts of defects are normal, depending on the grade of the bat, and should not change the performance.
    1. We recommend proper knocking and applying an anti-scuff sheet on the face of the bat if it’s not already pre-installed. Most bat manufacturers pre-install an anti-scuff sheet, we strongly advise you not to remove it. Bat stickers and the anti-scuff sheet has the purpose of protecting the bat from cracking and humidity.
    2. The life span of a bat depends on the usage and the care taken by the customer. We strongly advise all boat owners to store their bats inside a sleeve/cover in order to prevent accidental damage to the bat. We also recommend additional taping to the toe of the bat to prevent splitting at the bottom of the bat. Do not expose your bat to wet conditions and extreme weather conditions.
  1. The customer must expect a delay of at least 2 weeks before the corresponding manufacturer/wholesaler takes a decision on the case. Also, there is no guarantee of reimbursement or replacement.
